I went to the MagnoliaFest this past weekend. What a fantastic weekend of meeting new friends and hearing the best in the Newgrass, Americana genre. The music was so good it is really hard to convey the level of talent that was in attendance.
All of my favorites seem to be groups that the fiddle player was playing a 5-string axe...
Tania Elizabeth with "The Duhks", David Blackmon with "Bueground Undergrass", "Casey Driessen and the Colorfools" and the list goes on.

This festival is a very family friendly event. Lots of friendly people, great music, dancing and Jams!
